Breath is the most vital and powerful consciousness tool we have. Through breath we can connect our inner and outer worlds.

When external stressors take command of the breath, we get hijacked by the external environment. We can (and most people do) survive on short, erratic and shallow breaths characteristic of modern times, affected by stress, posture, emotions, memories and experiences.

Or we can choose to breathe consciously…

When we give awareness to our breath, connect to the depth of our soul and break through the habitual patterns, we take charge of our entire being.

When we take charge of our breath, we take charge of ourselves, our emotions, and our own mind, this is true freedom.

There are many pranayams in kundalini yoga that do just that, help us break out of our habitual breath and into a deeper connection with our soul through liberated breath.

In conscious breathwork, our breath becomes a fluid vehicle to open up the pathways that connect us more deeply to ourselves and simultaneously with the essence of reality. The energetic anatomy comes alive and palpable, and unveils that which we are beneath and beyond what we think we are.

During sessions I enjoy sharing the techniques that I have found the most powerful to activate your energetic anatomy. As an added bonus, we can discuss nasal cleansing techniques with indigenous plant medicine (rapéh) and Ayurvedic nasal cleansing (neti pot).
